Data Deletion
Advertisers and business contacts may ask us to delete eligible information associated with them or an authorised advertising account.
What to include
- Your name, company and business email address.
- The relevant advertiser or account identifier, where applicable.
- A description of the information or service concerned.
- Evidence that you are authorised to make the request for the relevant organisation or account.
What happens next
- We acknowledge the request and may ask for limited information to verify identity and authority.
- We identify information within systems controlled by Normal Future and assess any legal or contractual retention requirements.
- We delete or anonymise eligible information and confirm completion, normally within 30 days after verification. More time may be required for a complex request or where law permits.
Advertising platform authorisation
You may revoke our future access directly through the authorisation or security settings of the relevant advertising platform. Revocation prevents future retrieval using that authorisation but does not automatically delete information previously processed for legitimate reporting, security or legal purposes. Send us a deletion request if you also want eligible stored data removed.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited records where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, financial records, dispute resolution or compliance with law. Where possible, retained information is restricted and no longer used for ordinary service delivery.
